Currently in the market, we’ve seen interest rates come back down some, and with more homes coming available, it’s finally evening out into a more stable market. This means, you are still able to get a loan with a decent interest rate, and have more home options! It’s truly an incredible time to buy. 

Loan limits on home loans have also increased, so I recommend connecting with a good lender to go over your options.
